Having now replaced the stock tensioner twice with a Toyota genuine part and another failing, I found that Gates has a permanent solution that comes with a decoupling pulley which I have never fitted to a car and hence not the one proper had tool to use. I couldn't find the local Auto Zone with this tool and having had several instances where the tool provided for my application didn't really work, I thought this very cheap tool was worth the purchase price, especially with free shipping. The tool worked great and was great value for money.
