I like that they do everything for you. When we initially set up our account, we had no idea what it was supposed to look like or how it would work. They took the time then and then explained every aspect of it right down to what colors and graphics you should use for your ad units. From there, they even helped us come up with several different ideas on what kind of content we wanted to include. They are fast, efficient, thorough, and most importantly provide the best customer service around! The support has been superb since day one (and before that). We were getting a lot of clicks but not any conversions. Our main issue is a lack of qualified leads coming through from these ads. So far, nothing is showing up in Salesforce. But when Khoro comes back to me with some tips on improvement (after we discussed the issue in person), it's always done professionally and efficiently. We've realized that just by tweaking our targeting a bit and using conversion tracking tools, we're already starting to turn things around! Khoros Marketing is a really helpful tool to manage all of my social media profiles. I like that I can easily see my most recent posts, manage multiple accounts, and search for my name or hashtag. I wish that the software had a better UI. I also wish that there was a way to schedule posts. I am able to use the software to post to multiple different social platforms. The software keeps me organized with managing my social profiles.
