Does what it's supposed to do - it works with a time delay, recognizes every little movement and switches the light on and off. Problems with our installation were: - the instructions were minimal so I had to call my smart dad to help me figure it out - it doesn't work with the multi position switches that are in almost every room in our house including the laundry room (who whoever makes the electricity when our house was built, he overdid it) - I didn't want to put it in the bathroom, as convenient as it may sound at first, because in the middle of the night that's the last thing I want. I have to blind myself waking up to nature calling - it's beefy and it took some dexterity to put everything back in the box in the wall. We ended up installing it in the garage. While the home builder's electrician was going crazy in the house, he just installed a switch for a single lightbulb in our garage with impossibly high ceilings. This switch is at the top of the entire staircase (because the garage floor is almost a full floor below house level). I thought it would be nice to just walk around the garage and turn on the lights instead of walking up the stairs every time I need light. However, I didn't take into account that the stairs themselves, the railings and the huge shelf hanging from the ceiling would be barriers for the sensor. So when I "moved" in the right parts of the garage, it worked and worked fine. Now it's not the product's fault; this is mine. Coincidentally, we had several single pole light switches and even less logical locations. Four stars for expected performance, but not five for weak guidance, single-switch compatibility, and bulkiness.
