Everything is OK. Type: Additive Manufacturing Products

I get through a lot of sun. This is my pick for PETG and I order it in packs of 3 rolls from Amazon. I also order their wood thread in packs of 10 spools from the Sunlu website. I go through many Sunlu and I like them. So when I was looking for a matte black color for my CR10V2's new duo box, sunlu was the easy choice. One of the reasons I run through their PETG so often is that they usually end up dry. Not always, but more often than any other brand I've tried, even double the price. Sometimes they appear wet, such as when the CF PLA popped out of the nozzle and gapped. I just took it out and put it in the Print Dry system without much thought. The problem was that the same thing happened the next day. So I dried it again but it didn't change. All through the coil I got pops from the nozzle and gaps in the prints. Each spool I print is housed in a polybox and is fed into a hemera by a reverse bowden cable. I mostly print from PETG so I have a habit of printing from this dry box so I just print everything from it. I would be surprised if the tears were due to the thread getting wet after 24 hours at 45Β°C in the dryer. But whatever it is, it's annoying. No company is perfect and this is just one role of this CF PLA. But I doubt I'll buy it again. The Duet box (on the left in the photo) turned out to be good, although I used Cura fleece to hide the gaps. Without this I would not be able to save the print.
