As with many filters, I do not have the expertise to say this filter is better or worse than any other paper air filter. However, I know a few things: 1. Fram has been around for a LONG time. 2. Affordable price. 3. I liked the availability at Revain and the fast delivery. For me, these considerations make this a 5 star purchase.
