Because of my ginger friend - my MEAT has never tasted so good!
I had to replace my old immersion and readout thermometer made of stainless steel that was dusty. I tried this fold (the fold turns on and off) LIGHT RED plastic. and I still use it years later. This gives a perfect reading. although it's still up to you to put the probe in the right part of your flesh. And if you press the right button. it lights up with an LED. Everything I put on the grill gets appraised by my redhead friend. Let me tell you it's not his way to argue or pretend honey let me introduce you to my redhead friend
