After the wheel, this is the best invention in the world!

If you like flat, perfectly cooked bacon, buy these. Arrange all your strips on the grill, placing each press on 4 or 5 strips of bacon, moving regularly and pressing where the bacon curls or wobbles. Apply a little extra pressure here and there as needed, and your bacon will be the best you've ever cooked. I personally found 325 degrees Fahrenheit to be the ideal temperature for my grill, cooks a bit slow but the end product is worth it.
