Review on πŸ”§ MILWAUKEE 8pc Screwdriver Kit with Square Tips: Professional Precision Tools for Versatile Applications by Eric Hanson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The difference lies in the professional attitude of the screwdriver

I'll start my review by saying I'm used to quality screwdrivers. My previous set was this Craftsman 14 Piece Craftsman Extreme Grip Diamond Tip Screwdriver Set I found a Milwaukee screwdriver in their demolition kit that was on sale Over time I realized that whenever I needed a hand screwdriver I would go to Milwaukee "Reach for demolition screwdrivers instead of a Craftsman diamond tip. I decided to try this Milwaukee 8 piece set. The screwdrivers in this 8 piece set are very well balanced. I didn't realize the balance until I had a Milwaukee and a Craftsman of the same size and type next to each other. Also, the Milwaukee feels lighter and stronger. How does a screwdriver seem stronger, right? All I can say is that the Milwaukee comes across as a higher quality screwdriver. I love the hex shank and the ends have a coating that ensures they really grip the head of the screw. Also, the Milwaukee has longer handles, which makes me feel like I'm holding the screwdriver more accurately. For me there are two downsides: (1) As the blade/tip size increases, e.g. Yes, you can judge blade size by eye, but I'm used to the size being marked on the Craftsman shank. However, the Milwaukee is still a good choice and has become my favorite screwdriver set.
