Pretty easy to install. I've seen many reviews saying to replace the fuse with a larger horn or use a relay to power the compressor. I put it on a 12 f150 and used the existing horn circuitry. It's not the loudest beep, but it's not entirely true. And best of all: IT SOUNDS LIKE A HORN! Unlike some of the more expensive tankless horns I've tried. It has some disadvantages. Installation is not for beginners. You must have practical knowledge of vehicle electrics and light installation. The only thing I would like to see in the packaging are spade connectors to connect to the compressor. Just feel like it's 0.33 cents that could be included. Another note about the installation. You need ample space near the front of your car if you want to do a hidden install. The horn is long! This makes it a real compressed air horn. The horn itself is chromed steel. The compressor is steel and I think aluminum. Fixings are included. Overall I'm very happy with the $26 I paid for this horn and anyone who wants a loud horn on a budget won't be disappointed when you remember it didn't cost you $200 and required no day of installation. Took me about an hour to install behind the bars of my truck. Oh, it also comes with a mounting surface seal for those of you wanting to install it on the outside of your vehicle.
