I like how fast we can close deals in our sales team. The UI of the product and customer support are great! Not much dislike as yet but would love for them to add more features such as sending emails from their bot. They also do not currently offer any discount codes or loyalty programs so this feature could be added if they ever decide to do it. We use the chatbot to answer simple questions about the product during the trial period. This helps us identify whether prospects want to move forward with buying the software before getting into a longer conversation over email or phone calls. It has helped reduce cold calling since most people who contact me have already shown some interest by asking simple questions through the bot.
