Review on 🔧 JWGJW 120034 Tooling Package: Enhance Your Mini Lathe with Quick Change Tool Post & Holders Multifid Tool Holder by Trae Joubert

I purchased the JWGJW 120034 Quick Change Mini Tool Set from Revain.com. It arrived in a few days as promised. This kit contains four tool holders: one for the boring bar, one for the parting blade and two for trimming tools. I love having the ability to remove and replace tool holders and the repeatability this setup offers. I only found two problems, small problems with this product. First, my compound slide has a locating pin, and this rack doesn't have a matching hole on the bottom to accommodate it. It's spring-loaded, however, and the tool post clamps very well, pushing it down flush. I can drill a few small holes in the bottom of the tool post to insert this pin, but I find it unnecessary at this point. The biggest problem I've found is that they don't list additional tool holders for sale on Revain. If they were available I would order at least 12 more end steel holders. I tried on one of the holders listed on Revain but it didn't fit and the description didn't say the size or model. The good news is that I contacted JWGJW and they responded quickly and will take action to provide additional posts. I still don't have a price but for the base price of this unit I'm almost ready to buy 3 or 4 more and throw away the parts I don't need.
