Good value for money, easy installation, ideal for uneven floors. Exactly what I needed. Installation was easy - just measure the width of the door when the door is closed; mark the scan to the appropriate width; cut the reamer frame with a saw; cut off the rubber gasket with scissors; screw it to the door with the door closed; and finally assemble the small oval stop that brings the brush to the closed position. When I moved in, the front door to my detached garage had a fixed brush. Unfortunately, the door and panel are removed, the more the door is open, the closer it gets to the ground. The previous door sweeper lifted slightly off the ground (about 1/8 inch) when the door was closed, so if the door was opened further the sweeper would clear the ground. The gap has allowed water, insects, and other small creatures to get inside. This sweeper was the perfect solution to my particular problem as it lifts up when the door is opened to give more clearance to the floor to open but gives a good seal on the floor when the door is closed.
