Helpful and comfy but can’t keep them in place
I read another review before buying these that the heel cups had irritated the skin after some use. I have had similar issues with the silicone watch bands so I decided to use these over my socks.They do help cushion the heel and my pain has decreased with use.But! They want to slide off when trying to put my shoes on and make my shoes feel tight after a few hours. I also tried them with some slip-on shoes but they definitely do not stay on my heel. All in all not sure I would recommend or purchase this product again.
