I moved to my new apartment and bought this lock because I liked the different opening ways. Two days worked fine, but TODAY. I tried to get out of my apartment and couldn't unlock it from the inside. I found it strange as it has worked well so far and I know this lock shouldn't close from the inside. I disassembled the lock from the inside, then reassembled it and was able to open it. He looked, made sure everything was in place, and closed the door. A few hours later I received the package and AGAIN I couldn't open the door from the inside. I had to wait for my friend to get back from work to then take apart the lock on both sides and it magically popped open. Then my friend put it back together thinking it was fixed and as soon as he closed the door we were both locked in. After an hour of frustration, I had to call a mechanic to help us. We've definitely learned our lesson and we're going to bring this awful castle back. Thank goodness it wasn't an emergency or I wouldn't have lived to write this review.
