Great solution for live chat & customer support!

The chatbot feature allows us to have conversations with our customers in real time without having an agent by their side! I love how easy it was set up as well - we had someone from hellomi come out within 2 hours of contacting them about what would be needed (I'm not sure if this happens every day but they were very helpful).

We are still setting everything down so there isn't much use yet however once implemented will help reduce agents workloads tremendously which should result into more efficient services overall!! It's great being able provide live support via WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger at any given point during business days/hours instead waiting until after office closes when only available through phone calls etc.. Our team members can now easily answer questions while sitting behind desks rather than over-extending themselves away working overtime just because some clients need assistance outside normal work times /days! This has helped improve productivity levels across all teams & employees alike. As mentioned earlier though its.
