Great solution for live chat & customer support!

The chatbot feature allows us to have conversations with our customers in real time without having an agent by their side! I love how easy it was set up as well - we had someone from hellomi come out within 2 hours of contacting them about what would be needed (I'm not sure if this happens every day but they were very helpful). We are still setting everything down so there isn't much use yet however once implemented will help reduce agents workloads tremendously which should result into more…

  • Live customer service 24x7 x 365,
  • Ability for staff member(or admin)to manage accounts remotely using mobile app., ability check statuses directly online too; )
Cons
  • Not fully mature enough currently due lackluster functionality compared other platforms

Helloumi - Best way for quick mass outreach

I like the simplicity of this tool. It's easy to use, it has an intuitive interface and allows me to manage my messages with a big number of contacts at the same time. The only thing I dislike is that sometimes when you hit send it says "Unable to connect" or it does not work. The best thing about this tool is that it's free and very simple to use so there are no problems in getting started. It doesn't have any limits. You can reach out to a lot of people from one place easily. I am solving…
