I like the simplicity of this tool. It's easy to use, it has an intuitive interface and allows me to manage my messages with a big number of contacts at the same time. The only thing I dislike is that sometimes when you hit send it says "Unable to connect" or it does not work. The best thing about this tool is that it's free and very simple to use so there are no problems in getting started. It doesn't have any limits. You can reach out to a lot of people from one place easily. I am solving the problem of reaching out to a lot of people easily and quickly. This enables me to solve both internal communication problems as well as external ones.
