Waste of money. I'm a fan of pre-made shims versus silicone RTV shims, but this shim didn't come with instructions so you had to use the factory manual (in this case a 2000 Nissan Maxima) for torque specs. When tightening the oil pan to factory torque, this gasket literally broke into many pieces and then leaked horribly. (I had to drain the water again, remove the tub, clean it, then replace it with an RTV.) Either a maximum torque indication is required here, or better yet, it must be rated to the torque spec for the tub and attachment. what it replaces. It was a waste of money. Just empty the pan and use the RTV.
