Excellent heat retention and durability
I LOVE this pot. Enamelled cast iron is beautiful and durable. Heats up very well and retains heat well. I bought this to replace a cracked ceramic pot - cast iron is much better in terms of durability and heat retention in my opinion! Dry thoroughly. Also make sure not to use sharp metal forks or utensils.
