I'm a little disappointed with this juicer. At first both sides of the box were broken and it looked like someone had opened the box. There were no instructions on the box, not even pictures explaining the best way to use it. I wrote to Revain support and received great help using this juicer. Revain support also explained why a pack of small bag filters is included. You must put the lemon in the filter bag to catch the seeds. Eeee! I think this product is very durable. I think it could have been done better so pocket filters weren't needed. What happens if I run out of filters? Do I need to buy more? As? I'm a bit lazy and won't bother returning an item.
