Review on 🚴 WTB Byway 44 x 700 TCS Light/Fast Rolling 120tpi Dual DNA SG2 Black Tire, W010-0841 by Chris Lapan

I ordered 700x44 for my 2021 Trek Dual Sport. Replaced the stock Bontrager GRE 1 Expert 700x40. The tires are basically the same size as the WTB, which is 41mm and not 44 as advertised. I went up to 44 based on previous comments and glad I did. WTB 700 x 40 would be too small for me. It's a great looking tire and the tread pattern is just great to me: 60% pavement, 40% dirt/gravel and the handling and traction are excellent. This is a riding bear but well worth the effort as the ride is excellent on both types of terrain. I would definitely buy it again depending on how the wear has developed.
