Great product, arrived as advertised and easy to install but not what I wanted. Well, the "wall hook" was and is a great addition to my electric car - no problem with it. The "retaining socket" for the car charging cable plug that attaches to the hook head causes the plug's handle to slide out of the wall, reducing the available space between my garage wall and the side of the car. We've recently downsized and our new garage is a little narrower than planned, meaning less space on either side of our cars. With the plug in the holder, a passage between the wall and the car is not possible! The "hook" and the rosette holding it would suit me better if the rosette was mounted parallel to the wall. Also, this is a great device and I would recommend it BUT CHECK YOUR ACCESS FIRST!
