Review on Dorman 742 261 Ford Window Motor by Sam Bauer

I'm not sure what the problem is, but the description and photos show a cable connected to this window regulator motor. The connector is the same shape/size as the OEM door wire so I figured it would be fine. I received a beautiful motor but without a cable. I have requested a return as I cannot install this item on my power window and now have to pay $7.61 to return this item. DISSATISFIED. Again, maybe MO companies have some quality assurance gap in shipping or picking, I'm not sure. But charging a customer for your mistake is a mistake. I will not buy from this seller again!
