The ability to track the location of my clients' vehicles from start to finish, it has been very helpful for me as I travel long distances at times throughout their service. It also helps with keeping families informed about services that are being held locally or out-of-state. There isn't anything really that I dislike but there may be some features that aren't available through your phone's app store which you have to download manually. This could be solved by having an option to purchase this type of software directly from the website itself. We were able to keep our family updated during the entire process so they knew exactly what was going on.
