Super cute product. Arrived quickly. Durable silicone, on the thicker side. Tiny ice is perfect for many things and activities. It only took a few hours to stack all three trays for freezing. I bought this because I needed crushed ice for ice packs. After 3 tries I decided to return it. It was quite difficult, tedious and inconvenient to remove the ice after it froze. It's silicone so it doesn't break like regular plastic ice trays, but I was able to squeeze out ice cubes that took a while to come out. For the first time I realized that you can't overfill the tray. This makes it much more difficult to release and the ice I released only started to melt 1/2 through the 1st bowl. The second time was a bit easier, but I still didn't get all the ice out before the ice started to stick together. And this time I made one tray at a time. Tried my third and last time when I decided to give him a call. I enjoyed eating ice cream during my experiments, but it was too much work and I needed so much ice cream at once that it seemed pointless.
