Review on 🦌 Bell Automotive Chrome Deer Warning 22-1-01001-8 by Richard Basque

Good security feature at an affordable price.

I recently moved to the Northern Mountains of Arizona. Up here there are dark roads and huge mooses that sometimes decide to play chickens with the cars. After driving past some large moose that would seriously crush my car in a collision, I started looking into deer warning systems. There has been much speculation as to whether or not these systems work. Of all the wildlife warning systems I've researched, this design seems to have the most scientific basis. Although anecdotally, since installing them I seem to have seen less than near the road as I approached. The design is a simple whistle, you don't have to spend a lot of money for this type of product. You can spend five dollars for a pair or thirty dollars. As far as I can tell there is no real difference between the different models, apart from the higher cost of course. They are very easy to install, they use sockets that are attached with double-sided tape. The whistles are then attached to the base. They slide in and out so they can be easily removed when you need to wash, replace, adjust, etc. your car. Read the instructions carefully for proper installation. Specifically, there is a driver's side and a passenger's side, and they must be properly installed to function as intended. In general, this is cheap insurance. If it helps keep deer off the road at all, it's worth every penny. weight * small size * easy to replace Cons: not yet.
