That means European quality: non-GMO, strict production standards and enough sugar for those with a sweet tooth. This is my first time buying these bars. The chocolate is smooth and delicious, sort of reminding me of Reese's interior, only with hazelnuts instead of peanuts (everything, along with other ingredients, is ground up to make the interior smooth). AND GLUTEN FREE :) Another benefit of these bars is that there are TWO in each pack. So if you don't use them to eat, this is a very light snack. I look forward to carrying them around for on-the-go snacks and the occasional quick bite. They're tasty enough to enjoy and satisfying enough not to be tempted to overeat. In my opinion these are the PERFECT protein bars!
