*Update Just before I was about to throw this away, I watched a YouTube video of someone demonstrating a similar product. They stated that you MUST turn it over and run cold water on the bottom of the ice tray for 2 seconds and you should hear the ice pop out of the ice tray. I've tried it 3 times now with perfect dice each time. Feel like an idiot who has been trying to break a piece of ice for the past 3 months. See the original 2 star review below "I was great at cutting thick ice cubes for a month, but after that the metal tray and dividers start to flex trying to break the ice. Now it just breaks the ice into lots of little pieces, so I'll be lucky if I can still salvage usable ice for my drinks. I basically used all my strength to let go of the grip and hurt my hand every time. A 1 star rating but at least it can be recycled instead of those plastic ice cream trays."
