I have never seen a door handle that didn't come with all these parts. I thought it was a bug and exchanged it first, no it's just that. So if you're not sure you already have the plates for the inside of the door (on top of the handle) and that they're the right size as they're not a standard shape, then don't worry. Buy this - just buy a complete door knob. Now I had to send it back and also buy a kwikset "Miscellaneous Parts" door handle kit to complete the installation. The latch that sticks out to hold the door closed is rounded, and the replacement parts, while also 'kwikset', don't even match their own door handles. None of those. I ended up having to replace the entire latch that holds the door closed, not just the panel cover for it. ridiculous. Save your time and nerves and get the best door handle. I can't believe they even sell this thing.
