The price is impressive

Someone decided to put a window in our shower room. It had a curtain, but I didn't like the way it looked and I thought it was kind of ugly. I bought this expecting the worst. I recommend washing the windows first with some kind of rough cutter. You have no idea how much this will help. Then I filled a small spray bottle with Dawn dish soap and water. I sprayed part of the window at a time. Then I cut out the vinyl pieces, leaving burrs on both sides. I then removed the vinyl and covered the back (sticky side) of it when peeling it off. This doesn't allow it to stick to itself and conform to the window when it's there. I put it on the window and used a credit card (because I couldn't find a squeegee) and carefully removed the bubbles. After basically laying it down, I used a blow dryer on high speed to dry it up to the window, still using a credit card for pesky bubbles. Once I felt it was mostly stuck, I used a knife to trim off the excess. It rose a little at the corners, but I used scissors to cut off the corners in those places and then put them back with a credit card. There were a few spots on the glass which when I ran a map over them ripped the vinyl. It's pretty thin, so be sure to clean those windows. The first part I did on the bottom frame had a small tear so I took it off, but when I got to the top part I didn't have enough vinyl to finish it so I had to use that part. Overall I am very happy with the result. It lets in good light but you can't see through it. Take your time, wash those windows first and you will get a good result. Hope this is helpful and good luck!
