Broke after 6 months

Started with a 4 star rating, changed to 1 star after 6 months. Worked great for 6 months. One latch was sticky today so I took the handle apart and the inner latches bent and fell apart when I removed the handles. Notice the two parts on the right side of the picture. Hopefully support will send me a new bolt.
