Disappointed but matches the description so I can't rate it.
I paid extra for this Reese clutch because the finish and welds looked like the photo. I wanted a clean looking hitch and it wasn't. I'm keeping it as I had to use it today and couldn't wait for a replacement. Disappointed but it fits the description so I can't rate it too low.
