Bought a few years ago and it's been great. The house has been rented for some time. When we returned to the residence, he was gone. Bought again to replace the missing one. Same great quality and in fact I use it to hang my TV in my garage so I can rotate the unit depending on where I work. Used heavier lags to attach fittings. I never expect to replace this item.
