Channelit's UI looks good for an online system that connects you directly in SalesforceCRM or SFDC as well! The product has been around since 2007 but recently they've made some significant changes which are very helpful (mobile app!!). I don't really like how it doesn’t sync your CRMs automatically so sometimes when we want access from another device/computer etc., there isn”o easy way of doing this without having multiple tabs open at once - even if i go back after closing one tab then reopen all my links become closed again meaning its not possible unless im logged out completely each time! But overall their support team does respond quickly & help solve any issues fast!! So far nothing particular bad about using them other than maybe being able find something better? They do provide excellent customer service though where ever u need assistance within reason :) We use Channeltm primarily internally however our clients.
