It is very easy to use and can be accessed from anywhere with an internet connection. The reports are also very easy to read. The software is relatively new and the support is not always as fast at they should be. Sometimes there is a delay when you submit a report. I have found that this is not as big of an issue for us. We do a lot of analysis and reporting for our clients so we require the reports to be easily accessible. I like that it's easy for my department in particular (IT) to use because of its simplicity at this point. The ability to do so much with such ease is what makes me love using this software! It has been very helpful when we are trying to find out who supplies certain parts or services needed during our project life cycle management process as well as other aspects related too us within IT/Engineering departments specifically.
