The ease of use for this system is fantastic! I can log in from my phone or laptop no matter where i am. It's also really easy to find what you are looking for as it has an extensive database built right into its software. Sometimes when searching through some documents that have been uploaded there may be lag time between me clicking something then seeing results show up. But not often so far with our implementation. It is very easy to use and can be accessed from anywhere with an internet connection. The reports are also very easy to read. The software is relatively new and the support is not always as fast at they should be. Sometimes there is a delay when you submit a report. I have found that this is not as big of an issue for us. The ease of use for our end-users in managing their assets is what I like best about this product! We have been able to increase efficiency by having better visibility into all facets related with project logistics - from planning through execution phases. It has also allowed us greater confidence knowing that we are being compliant at every level as required under USASBC standards (i think).
