Installing the handle and latch requires a little extra work but results in a nice flush door with no 3/16 " gap

Quality. Well made pocket door knob. I bought two (for one door) so I could apply the oil to the outside of the door and brush on the inside to match the style of each area. compliments. They are well made which helped with disassembling and reassembling. The only change I think EVERY installer should make is to countersink the handle and latch area to allow the door to sit flush. It takes a little extra work to install the handle and latch BUT the payoff is a nice flush door with no 3/16" gap.
