Review on 🚚 High Visibility DOT C2 Reflective Tape - Waterproof & Flexible 1/2” x 33 Ft Safety Tape for Trailer Truck Car RV Boat - Intense White Reflector (RT053W) by Jason Winkfield

When I was transporting my raft in the back of a truck it was sticking out so much that I felt the need to put on reflective safety tape. This DOT C2 tape is incredibly reflective and I no longer fear another rider falling into the boat from behind (at least if their eyes are open!). The tape was easy to apply and feels very strong and secure on the metal transom at the back of the raft. After several trips on the water, the tape stayed on the transom despite the occasional splash. However. I also put this tape on the push rod tip, which also sticks out quite a bit from the back of the truck during transport. I knew this was going to be an extreme waterproof test, but I didn't expect the tape to come off so easily. The very first time the pole was driven into the mud, the tape immediately slipped off. Maybe the glue doesn't work that well with carbon fiber, but the surface of this bar was very rough and I thought it would help. Still, I was not impressed with this volume's performance on an underwater subject.
