I was looking forward to using this product on my home network but after 3 hours trying to get it working with my network and printer I searched the FAQ. I have to admit that the manufacturer's website and information was easy to navigate. But I was out of luck when I found out that the device's support page had a hidden list of compatible printers that didn't list mine. I'm trying to contact the seller for a full refund (minus shipping costs) and hope they can handle it. I believe that a compatibility list should accompany the product. That would have saved me all those hours. It could be a decent product, but first check the printer compatibility chart on the manufacturer's website to make sure the device can access your printer. This saves you a lot of disappointment and the supplier saves you the hassle of returning it.
