I use them for intricate inlays as well as the obvious flush cuts they are made for. Freud's beats are among the best in every price range. I love other brands too. Whiteside, Amana, CMT, they're all great. But NONE is better than Freud. Razor sharp, high quality carbide tips, well balanced. These larger diameter bits have enough mass to cut through even very hard wood. Absolute 5 stars from this carpenter.
