Review on Dorman 931 486 Door Actuator Motor by Brian Trotter
I did not receive what I ordered.
Did not meet my expectations. I ordered a Dorman door lock and received an Aisin door lock. I didn't realize it was wrong until I removed the faulty door latch actuator from my truck. I thought so since all my records said I had ordered and was going to receive a Dorman door lock actuator. That's what I would get. I contacted your service department, spoke to the lady about this issue, she said I could return the part for a refund, but I told her to get my door working. I need to install the one you received. She said she would investigate, that's the last I heard
