
I like having my patient history easily visible at any given moment during office visits or as we see them throughout their care plan (ie; progress notes). It's quick entry so you don't have extra steps that are added when using other platforms/apps such has eHR / Epic etc where it takes longer than necessary which sometimes causes issues if things aren’t going well quickly enough. Also being able access this info from anywhere helps immensely!! When something comes across an email notification gets sent directly into Patient Portal instead waiting until after hours later only available via call center - would be nice if there were more integrations between these two tools but not much work needed once they're integrated. The ability to store and track patient information in one place. I like that all of my patient data is available to me at any time. It's a great time saver. I wish there was more storage for my records. It's not as user friendly as I would like. It's a great tool for keeping patient information at my fingertips. It makes it easy for me to find patient information when I need it. It's also helps me keep track of my billing. It's also a great tool for my staff to use.
