This is a great product for those who want to use the Pomodoro Method without the cortisol spike every time the timer rings. unbelievable. Easy to use, shake and then shake and rotate to change time increment. The only downside is that the clock doesn't work properly, but since it's a timer and not primarily a clock, it doesn't really matter unless you plan on using it as a clock.
