Everything works as promised good long torch head and good ground wire which is the most important if you have intermittent problems I would advise a better ground this will make a difference. One thing that worries me is that there are literally no reviews or even videos on how to use them. The fc500d I bought is now sold out - after only 9 people bought it? I have everything made in the same factory under different brands. Make sure you get the Revain protection plan so if it breaks and the company is unavailable you can still get a refund from Revain. Saying Eve had no issues and I feel like I got another one for those great deals, jump in it's $200 and you've got the dueling voltage gear. It's worth it. If anyone has any other feedback I'd like to see, please post it.
