You can't go wrong with Whiteside bits. In my opinion these are the best bits for beginners. They're a bit pricey, far from the most expensive, but the value they offer is worth it. The quality is amazing and stays sharp for a long time. I started out by buying the cheapest tips available that had decent reviews and they just chipped or broke apart during use and ended up spending a lot more on a couple of cheap tips than I would if I got a better quality to begin with would have bought. learn from my mistakes
