I've been doing Mai Tai for several years. I've sprained several ankles from checking kicks or catching a block with my foot. I bought them to give my ankles some support. I've been using them for a few months now and I'm thinking this: In general, most of the pressure these bandages put on my ankle is on the foot and lower calf. Because of this, they do not provide adequate support to the ankle itself. Without a snugger fit, they don't offer the support I was looking for. The product is well constructed and has gel padding on the foot which may be helpful for some people. Personally, I'm not looking for additional overlays, so it doesn't mean much to me. In a previous version of this review, I expressed the above thoughts with a little more attitude. Sanabul took the initiative to contact me and ask if there was anything they could do to put things right. I am very grateful for this and do not regret trying this product. Finally, I've sustained numerous sprains and therefore need more support than you might be looking for - so this might be a good fit for someone. still.
