I bought one of the 11 drives for my church to copy DVDs. it seemed to work until we loaded 11 disks into the system. The two hard drives always failed within about 3 minutes of copying. I tried contacting the company through Revain but never received a response. I tried to return the device but still no response. I opened the unit and found that one or two hard drives were defective. If they checked the device before shipping it wouldn't be a problem. I will never buy anything from BestDuplicator again. The wiring inside the unit looked crazy and non-standard. If it was the best duplicator, I wouldn't want to see the worst. Now I have to buy two hard drives to replace the failed ones. I hate working on something I paid good money for, and now the church doesn't support that division.
