Arrived well packaged in an intact box when I opened it all the drives were loose and sliding around in the case. unhooked cables. I can't say I'm really happy with the quality of the outbound inspection of their product, but the components are good and the machine works. Just a small fan on the bottom of the case to keep the heat out of everything. I can add a fan on the top of the case where the heat will collect later. Update once I've used it a bit.

This thing is built like a tank and has a commercial appearance. It's a workhorse. I thought I'd never need it, boy was I wrong, this copier should be separate from every arsenol musical movie. Some CDs and DVDs take longer than others, but this machine still does it with no problems. This thing burns better than my computers.
