Why buy a ParkTool or similar? I was wondering if that would fit. I watched a few demo videos and thought it was definitely worth the risk for the money. I just used this to do a bit of work on my carbon stumpjumper. I took the stand out of the box, I hardly had to consult the instructions, there was so little to do to set it up, I was up and running in minutes. Sure, it's not super-heavy work because it's not a steel stand, but it didn't seem like it would have a problem with twice the weight of my sub-30-pound carbon bike. ALL the clamps and screws appear to be very well made - in fact after use I expect them to cost perhaps double what they offer here at Revain. This rack is no joke. I wouldn't be surprised if some professional bike shops use them. I'm actually quite impressed with its lighter weight because when the weather is nice I'll be taking it from my garage to my backyard to do some outdoor bike work. Folds up quickly, easily and easily and takes up little space. The tool tray is really handy and can be removed with a simple lift, as I did when I needed to temporarily move the stand closer to my garage workbench. I even moved the stand with the bike clamped in it while I was working on it and wasn't concerned about the stability at all. A VERY good deal on this one! JSV
