Review on 🧲 Waterproof Magnetic Bracket by UHPPOTE Holding by John Jones

Bought this lock for my new double leaf external gate. My gate panels are just over 6 feet long and even with only one of the solenoids energized I can't open the gate, which makes sense since this lock is rated for 600 pounds with both coils energized. The lock works very well, much better than I had hoped. Very soft. As you can see in the picture, I also have two instant triggers. They are connected to a normally closed relay contact that deactivates the magnet when the gate needs to be opened. I ran the lock on an old 12V deep sea battery which is also connected to a 1A charger. The electrical load on the magnet is 0.5A, so I have a constant load of 500mA.
